Brad Archer, MD, is a physician leader and healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience guiding clinicians and health systems through complex change. Having served in roles including Chief Medical Officer and Executive Medical Director, he’s led large organizations in improving quality, modernizing governance, and building integrated care models. Across hundreds of onboarding and leadership experiences, Dr. Archer saw a persistent gap: clinicians were expected to master the “unwritten rules” of practice without ever being taught.

MedSync was created to close that gap.
